Stack & Chimney Modification for NSRP

In October 2019, Frontier E&C finished the modification work of 15 stacks and chimneys for installation additional equipment for NSRP client. The request from NSRP is the modification and installation of 64 sets additional equipment in current stack and chimney with the height from 60 meters to more than 100 meters within 10 days during Defect Confirmation and Shutdown Maintenance (DCSM) phase. The client first priority is completion the work with Zero Incident and Zero Defection. At beginning, the mission seem like impossible for any experienced Project Manager and his team.

Frontier E&C has very well prepared for this task including design and build the actual simulation of all stack, optimize the method and test all possible abilities with update technology (water jet cutting, laser cutting, electromagnetic drilling) for finding the best solution to meet quality, time and safety. Finally, Frontier E&C satisfy the client by completion work with Zero Defection & Incident and also go ahead schedule.
